sanitary Sewer AND it is ordered that the same be constructed
without unnecessary delay.

Section 2. That said sewer shall begin in the center of Winston
Street on the extended lot line of lots 25 and 26; thence in a
westerly direction 200 feet to the northeast corner of lot 1 of
Rosewood Addition. Also shall begin on the line between Lots 25
and 26, at a point 105 feet north of the center of Winston Street,
thence west parallel to the center line of Winston Street, 270 feet.
Section 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as
provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed
sewer pipe, shall be constructed to the plans and specifications
of the City Engineer.

Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6716
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 40 "A" , WITHIN THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri ,
hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary for sanitary
purposes and for the health of its inhabitants of the City to
establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District No. 40 'W' l
with location and aboundaries as follows;
Beginning at the
northwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
of Section 13 Township 44 Range 12; thence North 88 degrees and
55 minutes, 184.5 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of
Missouri State Highway Route "C" ; thence South 55 degrees and 15
minutes West along and with the northerly line of said Route "C"
1160.0 feet; thence turning an angle of 90 degrees to the right,
170 .0 feet; thence turning an angle of 90 degrees to the right and
in a easterly direction parallel to the northerly line of Route "c" ,
886.5 feet to the south line of the Southeast quarter of Section 13
Township 44 Range 12; thence North 88 degrees and 55 minutes East,
150.0 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in� orce from
and after its passage and approval.
