oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-
nancial Officer of the newspaper(s) known as

and has full knowledge of the facts which are

The city council of the city of
Medina has adopted • rdinance
No. 462, an amendme t to code
of ordinances section : •5 regard-
ing adoption of the innesota
State Building Code. The pur-
pose of the amendme t is to re-
flect changes in state law which
recodifies the buildin• code as
Minnesota Statutes, C apter 16B
rather than Chapter c26B and
which transfers adm nistrative
authority over the bui .ing code
from the Minnesota partment
of Administration to the Minneso-
ta Department of Lab and In-
dustry. The amend ent also
makes several other non -sub-
stantive revisions to the ordi-
nance. The full text of •rdinance
No. 462 is available for inspection
at Medina city hall dur ng regular
business hours.
