AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT APPLICATION WITH THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX
RE: URBAN COUNTY PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (`Borough ") is desirous of entering into an Urban
County Program Community Development Block Grant Agreement with the County of
Middlesex.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Mayor, and appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
execute the above described Urban County Program Community
Development Block Grant Agreement.
Adopted this 14" day of October, 2021
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 15, 2021.
