ORDINANCE NO. 6720
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM
PERMITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED WITHIN CERTAIN AREAS ON DESIGNATED
STREETS WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND PROVIDING A
PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF SAME.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of any
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked within -the following
designated areas on the following names streets:
(a) No parking on the west side of the West
Armory Drive within a distance of thirty
(30) feet north of the north curb of St.
Mary' s Boulevard.
(b) No parking on the east side of Adams Street
within a distance of eighty (80) feet south
of the south curb of Dunklin Street.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
