HomeMy Public PortalAboutORD06723 F rl r V - _ rear wheels within one (1) foot of the curb; provided that any motor vehicle used exclusively for the purpose of picking up and delivering goods , wares and merchandise, excluding delivery cars and -service cars as defined in Section 88 of the Revised Ordinances, may double park, in the event there is no parking space available at or near the place where the goods, wares and merchandise are picked up or delivered, for a period of time not to exceed fifteen 15) minutes, except that such method of parking, commonly called ' double parking' shall not be permitted within the following periods : 7: 30 a.m. to 8: 30 a.m. ; 11:45 a.m. to 1: 15 p.m. and 4: 30 p.m. to 5: 30 p.m. Section 3. Anyone violating any of the terms of Section 52 of the Revised Ordinances shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Section 4.
