N ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL, 1959 .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following:
REVENUE FUND
For the purpose of paying the salaries of
elective and appointive officers, the sum of--------$20,700.00
For the purpose of paying City Engineer, for
use of car, the sum of------------------------------$---------
For the purpose of paying City Marshal, for use
ofcar, the sum of----------------------------------$---------
Advance Collectors commissions------------------------$ 500.00
dvance Assessors commissions--------------------------$ 200.00
VEHICLE FUND
For the purpose of paying weekly wages of
laborers, freight and incidentals under the
Street Commissioner, the sum of---------------------$ 6,000.00
TRAFFIC AND VEHICLE FUND
For the purpose of paying the salary of Street
Commissioner and Traffic Officers, the sum of-------$ 6,570.00
or the purpose of paying weekly wages of
laborers, freight and incidentals under the
Street Commissioner, the sum of---------------------$ 6,000.00
Section 2. Thie Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NUMBER 6725
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING ORDINANC
0. 6677 , AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING TH
GRADE OF THE RAODWAY OF BINDER DRIVE, FROM THE NORTH CURB LINE OF
RILYN STREET TO THE SOUTH CURB LINE OF LIVINGSTON STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUII,
S FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance Number 6677 be and the same is hereby
repealed and a new ordinance shall be enacted in lieu thereof
stablishing the grade of the roadway of Binder Drive, from the
north curb line of Marily Street to the south curb line of Livingst n
Street, and said grade is hereby established as follows:
Beginning at the center line of Binder Drive and the north curb lin
of Marilyn Street, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 194.20 ;
thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade
shall be, 192.66; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the
elevation of the grade shall be, 191.62; thence 50 feet on a vertical
curve where the elevation of the grade shall be, 191.09 ; thence 50
feet on vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be
91.06; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of t e
rade shall be, 191.53 thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the
