SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Conditions of Approval associated with ROS-20-03 include dedicating additional right-of-way for Deinhard Lane and Jacob Street adjacent to the subject property. The site is located
adjacent to both Deinhard Lane and Jacob Street between Commerce Street and Valley Springs Road. The City Attorney has reviewed the draft deed.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the ROS-20-03 Warranty Deed for Right of Way Dedication and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
