RDINANCE NO. 6731
ORDINANCE RESTRICTING PARKING AND RESERVING AN AREA FOR A UNITED
TATES MAIL OUTDOOR DEPOSIT BOX, AND REGULATING THE PARKING OF
OTOR VEHICLES ON THE STREET AT THE LOCATION OF SAID MAIL BOX, AND
ROVIDING A PENALTY.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR :
Section 1. Reserved and restricted parking: Hereafter it shall be
unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to permit the same to
be parked within the area hereinafter designated on the following
named street:
Dunklin Street mail-box: On the north side of
Dunklin Street between two points located twenty
(20) feet and fifty (50) feet west of the west
. curb of Jefferson Street, provided that anyone
may park in said area for the shortest time
necessary in order to deposit mail in the
. outside post office mail box located between the
north curb and the sidewalk.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance
hall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
