SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Christian Anderson with Zion’s Public Finance will provide an update to the Council on the status of the City’s bond issuance. He will present an updated issuance calendar, a recommendation
to utilize to negotiated sale process, and current market conditions. With the recommendation to utilize a negotiated sale, Christian will present a proposal to select an underwriter
via Request for Proposal (RFP) and request Council authorization to circulate the RFP on July 23, 2021.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the recommendation to utilize to a negotiated bond sale process.
Authorize Zion’s Public Finance to circulate the RFP for an underwriter on July 23,2021.
