E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
S FOLLOWS:
ection 1. It appearing from the written report of the City Enginee ,
he officer in charge of the work of construction and completing
ewers, in Sewer District No. 97 "A" , in the City of Jefferson,
issouri, heretofore submitted by said officer to the City Council
nd approved and filed by it on this 18th day of May, 1959 at a
egular meeting of the City Council held on this date, that the

mounts to the sum of $19 ,561.80, and it further appearing that said
eport of said officer did apportion said costs against the several

Now, therefore, for the purpose of paying fot the work of
onstruction and completion of sewers in said Sewer District No.
7 "A" together with all necessary laterals, inlets, catch basins,
anholes, and other necessary appurtenances thereto appertaining,
here is hereby levied and assessed against the several and
ereinafter described lots or pieces of ground within the bounds of
aid Sewer District No. 97 "A" , situated in the name of the

round, a special tax at the rate of $0 .0257793 per square foot for
ach and every square foot of ground so situated as aforesaid.
ection 2. Each of the lots or pieces of ground so mentioned and
eferred to in Section 1 of this Ordinance, against which a special

ssessed and the same is hereby levied and assessed and the descript on

hereof in which the tax is levied and assessed and the cost per
