SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Staff has been reviewing the current Title 4 Business Regulations. There have been some questions as to who or what type of business needs to have a license and which businesses do not.
All businesses that are within the City limits are required to have a business license; however, there are some exceptions. The attached memo walks through some types of businesses
that are not currently called out within the code. By addressing these types of businesses specifically, it gives more transparency as to how these businesses are expected to operate
within the City of McCall.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Review the Memo and give direction to staff to create an ordinance to address the code amendments to Title 4 Business Regulations.
