Ells /s/ City Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 6738 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SUBSECTION TEN (10) OF SECTION 69 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1956, AND ENACTING A NEW ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE SAME SUBJECT, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF SAME. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO I, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subsection ten (10) of Section 69 of the Revised Ordinance, of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, 1956, be and the same is hereby repealed. Section 2. There is hereby enacted a new ordinance pertaining to t e parking of motor vehicles on Jefferson Street, to be known as Subsection Ten (10) of Section 69 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, 1956, which shall read as follows: "Section 69 . Two hour parking. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked for a period of time in excess of two (2) hours within the following designated areas on the following named streets: (10) On the east side of Jefferson Street between its intersections with Ashley Street and the viaduct lying north of Dunklin Street and between Dunklin Street and- Miller Street. On the west side of Jefferson Street between the alley lying north of Ashley Street and the viaduct lying north of Dunklin Street and between Dunklin Street and Miller Street. Section 3. In all other respects Section 69 of the. Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, shall remain the sam Section 4. Anyone violating any of the terms of Section 2 of the ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Section 5.
