E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR ,
S FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Zoning map of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as
incorporated into Ordinance No. 5880 of the City, be and the same
s hereby amended, changed and modified to reflect the rezoning
of the following described land within the City from its present District
'B' Two Family Dwelling Classification to a District "E" Local
Commercial Classification:
"All of Lots 92 through 123 inclusive of Fairview
Addition, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as
per plat of record in Plat Book 1 at Page 36, in
the Cole County Recorder' s Office."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

701 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 5880 OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY ADDING

PECIAL PERMIT FOR THE USE OF LAND FOR A POULTRY PROCESSING AND
ISTRIBUTING PLANT BUT ONLY IN THE "F" HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.
