SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This is the First Amendment to the Construction Agreement between the City of McCall and the McCall Redevelopment Agency. The two amendments to the Construction Agreement include:
Revision of the definition of the Project (which now includes the Shoreline Stabilization Project) and to increase the not-to-exceed limit as follows: increase the not-to-exceed amount
of $1,000,000 to $1,679,143 (this includes the remaining capacity from the original $1M from the Shoreline Stabilization, plus the $1.165M for the scope of work related to the E. Lake
Street and Brown Park Improvements Project.)
To the extent the Agency has available funds, includes a contingency amount to address change orders and project cost adjustments, as well as funding the final engineering and design
of a portion of E. Lake Street from Fir Street to Hemlock Street, and from Hemlock Street to Mill Street.
The MRA Board approved the First Amendment to the Construction Agreement at the July 20, 2021 meeting. The City Attorney has reviewed the attached Agreement.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the First Amendment to the Construction Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
