HomeMy Public PortalAboutORD06755 RDINANCE NO. 6754 ORDINANCE VACATING A PART OF CASTLE DRIVE, A PUBLIC STREET OF E CITY OF JEFFERSON: Section 1. All of that part of Castle Drive hereinafterwards described is hereby declared vacated as a public street, to wit: All that part of Castle Drive lying southerly of the southerl line of Hall Drive and northerly of the northerly line of Marilyn Street and lying between Blocks 4 and 5 of Livingston Heights Subdivision, Plat Book 5, Page 1, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri. Section 2. The land included in the above description of Castle rive shall revert to the owners of the land fronting and abutting said portion of Castle Drive as their interests may appearl. Ells /s/ City Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 6755 LAN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF ROSEWOOD DRIVE FROM THE NORTH CURB LINE OF WINSTON STREET TO THE CENTERLINE OF CARD STREET. E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR , S FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of Rosewood Drive, ram the north curb line of Winston Street to the centerline of Carol Street be and hereby is established as follows: Beginning at the north curb line of Winston Street and the centerline of Rosewood Drive, where the elevation is 331.27 ; thence 35 feet on a ertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 330. 16; the ice 5. feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall b 27.83; thence 65 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be 322.35; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the levation of the grade shall be 318.59 ; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 315.76; thence 600 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be 87.37; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of he grade shall be 285.01; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve here the elevation of the grade shall be 283. 17 ; thence 210 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be 275.35; thence 40 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade hall be 274.36; thence 40 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 274.00; thence 24.83 feet on a unifo , grade where the elevation of the grade shall be 274.00 . ECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with his Ordinance are hereby repealed.
