SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Prior to the City Clerk signing the record of survey splitting the lot at 702 Fairway Drive (Valley County Parcel #RPM00000090185), an easement agreement needs to be entered into with
the City of McCall providing access to the Parks and Recreation facilities to the east of the subject parcel.
The Agreement has been reviewed by the city attorney and is attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Easement Agreement associated with 702 Fairway Drive ROS-20-25 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
