The Agreement has been reviewed by the city attorney and is attached.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Easement Agreement associated with 702 Fairway Drive ROS-20-25 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.  RECORD OF COUNCIL ACTION  MEETING DATE ACTION
