EREAS, the Circuit Clerk of Cole County, Missouri, has prepared
nd entered his report in cause number 15608, a condemnation suit
retitled: City of Jefferson, Missouri, Plaintiff vs. William W.
earcy et. al, Defendants, which suit results in the condemnation
f certain specifically described land appearing in the petition
nd the report. of the Clerk, and
ereas, the aforementioned report reflects that the sum of $433.12
ust be paid by the City of Jefferson into the registry of the
ircuit Clerk of Cole County, Missouri, to cover the damages awarded
y the appropriation of the land condemned, the fees allowed the
hree Commissioners appointed by the Court, and the court costs
esulting from said litigation, and
ereas, the Report of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cole County
issouri must be confirmed by the City Council of the City of
Jefferson within thirty (30) days from the filing thereof by the
Jerk with the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, now

ection 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file
certified copy of this ordinance in the office of the Clerk of the
ircuit Court of Cole County, Missouri, within ten days from the
ffective date of this ordinance.
ection 3. The City Clerk shall prepare for the signature of the
yor a warrant in the amount of $433. 12 in favoe of the Circuit
Jerk of Cole County, Missouri, to cover all monies assessed against
he City for damages and costs in the above styled case.
ection 4. Said clerk of the city shall deliver said warrant along
ith the certified copy of the ordinance to the Clerk of the Circuit
ourt of Cole County, Missouri at the same time.
