ORDINANCE NO. 6758
N ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES IN THE CITY
F JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR ,
S FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a mot )r
vehicle to permit the same to be parked on any of the following
designated streets and roadways within this city between the points
hereafter specified:
(a) No parking on the west side of Moreau Drive
between the intersections of Moreau Drive and
Atchison Street and Hillcrest Street.
(b) No parking on the east side of Moreau Drive
between the intersections of Moreau Drive
with Hillcrest Street and Fairmount Boulevard.
(c) No parking on the east side of Fairmount
Boulevard between the intersections of
Fairmount Boulevard with Chestnut Street and
Moreau Drive.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance shall
e deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
