Whaley /s/ President of the Council Mayor Q*K* Treasurer ORDINANCE N0. 6763 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 6678 AND ENACTING IN LIEU HEREOF AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF IVINGSTON STREET FROM THE WEST CURB LINE OF MEIER DRIVE TO THE AST CURB LINE OF RIDGEWAY DRIVE. E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR , S FOLLOWS: ECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 6678 be and hereby is repealed and he following is hereby eneacted in lieu thereof, that the grade line f the roadway of Livingston Street, from the west curb line of Meier rive to the east curb line of Ridgewey Drive be and hereby is stablished as follows: Beginning at the west curb line of Meier rive and the center line of Livingston Street, where the elevation f the grade is 206.75; thence 15 feet where the elevation of the rade is, 206.71; thence 255 feet on a uniform grade where the eleva io ' f the grade shall be, 183.07; thence 30 feet where the elevation f the grade shall be, 182.00; thence 25 feet on a uniform grade whe e he elevation will be 180.93; thence on a vertical curve with a ength of 50 feet where the elevation will be 178.09; thence 85 feet • a uniform grade where the elevation will be 171.36; thence 140 fe t • a vertical curve where the elevation will be 174.78; thence 50 fe t • a vertical curve where the elevation will be 181.75; thence 154 f et • a uniform grade where the elevation will be 204.85; thence 42 fee • a vertical curve where the elevation will be 208.57; thence 47.84 eet on a vertical curve where the elevation will be 210.66; thence 99 .7 feet on q uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall e 220.90.
