Whaley /s/ i President of the Council Mayor RDINANCE NO. 6764 ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR , 0 ACCEPT A WARRANTY DEED EXECUTED AND ACKNOWLEDGED ON JUNE 11 1959 N BEHALF OF CENTRAL MISSOURI REALTY COMPANY, A CORPORATION, ONVEYING A STRIP OF LAND EIGHTY (80) FEET IN WIDTH FOR STREET RIGHT F WAY PURPOSES. E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby uthorized and directed to accept a warranty deed executed and cknowledged on June 1, 1959 on behalf of Central Missouri Realty ompany, a corporation, by which deed a strip of land of width of �ighty (80) feet is conveyed to the City of Jefferson, Missouri for treet right of way purposes, said strip of land being located in ection 12, Township 44, Range 12, in the County of Cole, City of efferson, Missouri. Section 2. The City Clerk shall cause said deed to be recorded in he Recorder's Office in Cole County, Missouri. Section 3. Ells /s/ City Clerk RDINANCE NO. 6765 AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL TAX BILL AGAINST THE LOTS OR TRACKS OF LAND FRONTING OR ABUTTING ON THE ROADWAY OF INSTON STREET FROM THE BEST CURB LINE OF ROSEWOOD DRIVE TO THE ENTER OF GOLD STREET IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE SAID ROADWAY BY GRADING, CURBING AND GUTTERING D PAVING WITH PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or butting on the roadway of Winston Street from the west curb line of Rosewood Drive to the center of Gold Street in the City of Jefferson Missouri, for the improvement of the roadway Winston Street aforesai , including such grading as may be necessary for the reception of a cement sidewalk, the sum of $14,547.00 as the total costs of the improvement of said street and the number of front feet fronting or butting said roadway of said Winston Street aforesaid, between the aforesaid streets amount to 1739 .73, running feet; the cost price per running foot is $8.361642. ( Section 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of said roadway of Winston Street from the west curb line of Rosewood Drive to the center of Gold Street there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $8.361642 as a special tax against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting said roadway of Winston street between the aforesaid streets, and contained in such lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said improved roadway of said Winston Street from the west curb line of Rosewood Drive to the center of Gold Street Willard J.
