Ordinance repealing Ordinance Number 6756 and enacting in lieu
hereof, an Ordinance levying and assessing a special tax against
ach lot or piece of ground lying between and situate within the
ounds of Sewer District No. 91 "D" in the City of Jefferson, Missou i,
n the name of the owner or owners thereof for constructing and
ompleting sewers therein.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
S FOLLOWS:
action 1. That Ordinance Number 6756 be and hereby is repealed
nd the following is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, that it
