IN PI..AT BOOK 4 AT PAGE 349 COLE COUNTY RECORDER"S OFFICE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The mayor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri is hereby
authorized and directed to accept for and on behalf of the City of
Jefferson a warranty deed executed by Roland L. Wiggins and Ruby
Doby Wiggins by which Lot No. 33 of the Roland L. Wiggins Subdivis n
in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown per plat of record in
Plat Book 4 at Page 34 Cole County Recorder' s Office, is conveyed
to the city for street purposes.
Section 2. Upon receipt of said executed deed, the City Clerk
shall cause same to be recorded in the office of the Cole County
Recorder of Deeds.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6769
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, VACATING AND DISCONTINUING
AS A PART OF A PUBLIC THOROUGHFARE A PART OF WIGGINS STREET AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, T6 EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY INSTRUMENTS TO THE OWNERS OF
THE ADJACENT LOTS TO AND FOR THE PORTION OF WIGGINS STREET SO
VACATED, AS THE PARTIES ENTITLED THERETO, AS SHOWN BY THE RECORD
TITLE TO SAID ADJACENT AND ABUTTING PROPERTY AND DECLARING A
REVERTER TO THE OWNERS OF SAID ABUTTING REAL ESTATE.
WHEREAS, it has been shown to the City Council of the City of
Jefferson, .Missouri that the owners of that portion of Wigggins
Street, hereinafter described in Section 1 of this Ordinance,
have used, improved and occupied and are now using and occupying
said abutting land so that aaid portion of Wiggins Street has
ceased to be of any use or benefit as a public thoroughfare and
would not inconvenience the public or the citizens of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, to discontinue and vacate said portion of said
street as a public thoroughfare, now therefore: .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It is hereby declared that the City Council of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, deems it necessary and expedient
to vacate and discontinue that portion of Wiggins Street more
particularly described as"
All that portion of Wiggins Street separating and
lying between Lots Numbers 23, 24, 25, 260 29, 30,
31 and 32 in Roland L. Wiggins Subdivision in the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as appears per plat
of record in Plat Book 4 at Page 34, Cole County
Recorder's Office."
