959 at the Council Chamber of the City Hall Builing at which time
hey might appear and be heard in support of or in opposition to the
ecommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission and any ordinan e
ntroduced relating thereto, said notification of hearing having
een published in the Jefferson City Post Tribune, a newspaper of
eneral circulation within said city, for three consecutive days wit the
ast date of publication being more than 15 days prior to said
earing, and
ereas, the City Council has conducted said hearing and given all
nterested parties an opportunity to be heard, now therefore:
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
S FOLLOWS:
ection 1. The zoning map, as incorporated into ordinance number
880 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri is hereby amended, modified
nd changed to reflect the rezoning of the following described tract
f land from its present District "B" Two Family Dwelling Classification
o a District "C" Multiple Family Dwelling Classification:
"Part of Inlot' s No' s 764, 765, 766 and 767; all of
Inlot' s No' s 867, 868, 869 and 870; part of Outlot' s
No's 34 and 37; Lots 8 to 20 inclusive, part of Lot 21
and all of Lots 36 to 42 inclusive, and all of Lots
42 to 49 inclusive of East Elm Street Addition in the
City of Jefferson, Missouri.
The above described land is bounded on the west
by the east line of Cherry Street; on the east
by the west line of Locust Street; extends south
one half block from the south line of Elm Street;
and extends north from the north line of Elm
Street to the southerly right of way line of
State Highway Commission expressway right of
way acquired in Highway Project U-1(7) .
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
fter its passage and approval.

RDINANCE NO. 6779
ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 6755 AND ENACTING IN LIEU
EREOF AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF
OSEWOOD DRIVE FROM THE NORTH CURB LINE OF WINSTON STREET TO THE
ENT LINE OF CAROL STREET.
