I'! SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 6755 be and hereby is repealed an
fthe following is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, that the grade lin
of the roadway of Rosewood Drive, from the north curb line of
Winston Street to the centerline of Carol Street be and hereby is
established as follows:
B�ginning at the north curb line of Winston
Street and the centerline of Rosewood Drive, where the elevation is
331.27; thence 35 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of
the grade shall be 330. 16; thence 35 feet on a vertical curve where
the elevation of the grade shall be 327.83; thence 65 feet on a
uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be 322.35;
thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade
shall-.be 318.54; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the
elevation of the grade shall be 315.58; thence 450 feet on a unifort
grade where the elevation of the grade shal_1 be 292.56; thence 50
feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be
290 . 19; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of
the grade shall be 288.22; thence 360 feet on a uniform grade where
the elevation of the grade shall be 275.42; thence 40 feet on a
vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 274.00;
thence 24.83 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the
grade shall be 274.00.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6780
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MESOUR
TO ACCEPT A WARRANTY DEED EXECUTED BY HERMAN A. KEMNA AND HILDA H.
KEMNA WHEREBY A STRIP OF LAND OF A WIDTH OF FIFTEEN (15) FEET IS
CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND PROVIDING FOR THE
PERFORMANCE BY THE CITY OF JEFFERSON OF CERTAIN EARTH FILL AND
COMPACTION, SODDING AND SEEDING WORK ON THE PROPERTY OF HERMAN A.
KEMNA AND HILDA ,H. KEMNA IN THE FRONT YARD AND ALONG THE SIDE YARDS
OF THEIR PREMISES LOCATED AT 1200 SWIFT"S HIGHWAY WITHIN TWENTY (20
DAYS AFTER THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CURBS ON THE STREET IN FRONT OF
1200 SWIFT' S HIGHWAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THS CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO1qI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
authorized and directed to accept, for and on behalf of said City,
a warranty deed executed by Herman A. Kemna and Hilda H. Kemna, his
wife, by which deed a strip of land of fifteen (15) feet 'in width
is conveyed to the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 2. The City of Jefferson, Missouri, hereby recognized its
obligation to perform certain earth filling and compaction, sodding
and seeding work on the property of the Kemna' s in the front yard
and along the side yards of their premises located at 1200 Swift' s
Highway within twenty (20) days after the construction of the curbs
on the city street in front of 1200 Swift' s Highway.
Section 3. Upon receipt of the executed warranty deed, the City
Jerk is directed to record same in the offs
