ORDINANCE NO. 6781
AN ORDINANC9 AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
TO ACCEPT A WARRANTY DEED EXECUTED BY ROBERT R. HENDERSON AND EULAH
HENDERSON, HIS WIFE WHEREBY A STRIP OF LAND OF A WIDTH OF FIFTEEN
(15) FEET IS CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION: 1. The Mayor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
authorized and directed, for and on behalf of the City, to accept a
warranty deed executed by Robert R. Henderson and Eulah Henderson,
his wife, by which a strip of land of the width of fifteen (15)
feet is conveyed to the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 2. Upon receipt of warranty deed after the execution thereo ,
the City Clerk is directed to file same in the office of the record
of deeds, in Cole County, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

kN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PLACEMENT, THROWING, DEPOSIT AND DUMPIN
N PUBLIC PROPERTY AND CERTAIN PRIVATE PROPERTY, OR WITHIN STREETS
D ALLEYS, AND WITHIN STREAMS AND PONDS WHETHER PUBLIC OR PRIVATE,
ERTAIN SPECIFIED MATERIALS, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE
IOLATION THEREOF.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,

ECTION 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
orporation, or any officer, agent or employee thereof, to place,
brow, deposit or dump on public property or private property not
caned or leased by said person, firm, corporation, or within streets,
venues and alleys, or within streams and ponds, which ponds are not
caned or leased by said person, firm or corporation the following
