ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION, OR THE
OFFICER, AGENT OR EMPLOYEE THEREOF, FROM PLACING, THROWING,
EPOSITING, DUMPING OR RAKING SUCH MATERIALS AS TREE CUTTINGS, GRASS
UTTING, SHRUBBERY OR BUSH CUTTINGS, LEAVES OR OTHER YARD MATERIALS
NTO THE STREETS AND STREET GUTTERS OF THIS CITY, AND PROVIDING A
ENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
