SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Airport Staff has requested a price for an Infield Development Area sewer line extension. This sewer line extension will service 3 new hangars, tentatively planned for construction the
Summer of 2022 – and for future growth in the Infield Development Area.
Staff met with T-O Engineers’ and Payette Lakes Recreational Water & Sewer District’s (PLRWSD) representatives for project. PLRWSD provided a tentative project agreement, subject to
a drawing and specifications review. Estimated construction costs are approximately $50,000. PLRWSD has a review fee of $2,000.
Funding is available at 100% through AIP 29 (CARES Grant - $11,203.23 available), AIP 30 (CRSSA Grant - $13,000 available) and AIP 32 (ARPA Grant - $32,000 available). Total available
AIP funds are: $56,203.23. The Infield Development Utilities Project is listed on the FY 2023 CIP plan. Staff requests to move the project to FY2022 as funding, and customer demand,
are currently in place.
Ground leases for the 3 hangars will provide $15,000 to $20,000 in additional annual revenue.
The Airport Advisory Committee has recommended this project.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Infield Development Utilities Sewer Line Project for FY2022 and to authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
