SUMMARY STATEMENT:
A minor plat amendment to add common area to the existing platted common area.
During their regularly scheduled September 7, 2021 meeting, the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission held a properly noticed public hearing and unanimously recommended approval
of the application to the McCall City Council without a second public hearing.
Staff Report, Findings of Fact, and application materials are attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1. Hold the Public Hearing
2. Approve Minor Plat Amendment application SUB-21-03 for the Mill Park Condominiums Owner’s Association as recommended by the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission and authorize
the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
