BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
1.
The City does hereby lease to Sam Rener the real property
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. The specific use granted
by this lease is for grazing and/or recreational purposes in connec-
tion with Boy Scouts of America activities.
2.
By acceptance hereof, leaee covenants not to interfere with the
City dog pound and burial activity and will not damage or harm any
flood control levees upon the property.
3.
The term of this lease is five years, with an option to renew for
an additional five year term. Such option must be exercised in writing
between April 1 and June 1, 1991. In connection with such option, if
the City should need any of the property for any reason it reserves the
right to exclude any and all property from the renewal lease at the end
of five years from this date.
