SUMMARY STATEMENT:
With the closing out of the 1990s Urban Renewal District, the McCall Redevelopment Agency is transferring ownership of parcels they own to the City of McCall. The MRA Board issued Requests
for Proposals on the two parcels and received submittals, but no development ever occurred on these properties due to numerous reasons. The attached documents were drafted by the MRA
Attorney, Meghan Conrad, and have been reviewed by the City Attorney. The following items are included:
Adopted MRA Resolution 06-2021 approving conveyance for 1614 Davis Avenue parcel (RPM0000009110) and vacant lots on Pine Street (RPM017201100A and RPM0172011009A)
Quitclaim Deed for 1614 Davis Avenue
Quitclaim Deed for Pine Street Lots
Restrictive Covenant Agreement for 1614 Davis Avenue
Restrictive Covenant Agreement for Pine Street Lots
Warranty Deeds
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize the City to Accept the Conveyance of the parcel of land located at 1614 Davis Avenue, Parcel No. RPM0000009110, and the parcels of land with no street address, identified as
Parcel Nos. RPM017201100A and RPM0172011009A, by quitclaim deeds from the McCall Redevelopment Agency (MRA) with Restrictive Covenant Agreements to the City of McCall and authorize
the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
