16 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation shall be 144.0.
Section 2. All ordinances or part of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6794
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING A PLAT OF BUTZER' S SUBDIVISION
OF PART OF OUTLOTS NO. 52 AND 54 IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, COLE
COUNTY MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR ,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Guido Butzer and Elizabeth Butzer, owners of the real
estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, having submitted to the Council of its ppproval of a Plat
of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County,
Missouri, and more particularly described as:
From the northwesterly
corner of said Outlot 52, thence easterly and along the northerly
line of said Outlot 52 a distance of 164.0 feet to the southeasterly
corner of Water S reet and Riverview Drive; thence continuing along
the northerly line of said Outlot 52, 161.6 feet to an iron pipe,
the point of beginning of this description. Thence continuing along
the said northerly line of Outlot 52, 715.3 feet to an iron pipe;
thence S 15046' W 596.55 feet to an iron pipe on the southerly line
of Karen Drive; thence N 780 15 'W and along said southerly line of
Karen Drive ; 178.8:?feetjto'1-&A iron pipe, thence N 590 15'W and along
said southerly line of Karen Drive 378.0 feet to an iron pipe on the
easterly line of Riverview Drive; thence N 4000'W and along the

radius of which is 37.0 feet a distance of 22.5 feet thence S 590
15'E, 123 feet to the southeasterly corner of a lot now owned by
Guido G. and Elizabeth E. Butzer; thence N 400OW and parallel to the
easterly line of Riverview Drive 782.0 feet to the point of
eginning, as shown on the attached plat, known and referred to as
Butzer' s Subdivision and made a part of this Ordinance, all of which
utzer's Subdivision lies within the corporate limits of the City' of
Jefferson, Missouri.

and accepted by the said owners of the said addition known and
referred to as Butzer' s Subdivision, that all taxes have been paid,
and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445 Revised
statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments thereto, entitled plats
have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of the said addition;
