SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Staff is moving to a modern reporting process for annual reports. In lieu of individual annual department reports, one unified piece will be developed and presented to the public. The
goal is a more relevant and citizen-friendly presentation. Staff would like guidance as to what type of content the Council would like to see as a part of the report.
