SUMMARY STATEMENT:
In August 2021 Council approved the submittal of a grant application to Imagine Idaho Foundation to support technical engineering for RAPID. Imagine Idaho has awarded the City of McCall
the grant. This grant will go toward engineering, planning and design for the City’s fiber infrastructure, reducing future troubleshooting and planning needs. The attached MOU is in
support of the project and has been reviewed by the City Attorney.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Memorandum of Understanding between the City of McCall and Imagine Idaho to accept grant award and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
