ORDINANCE NO. 6796
N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING THE
GRADE OF ALLEN AND COLE DRIVE FROM STATION 14 � 72.24 ON ALLEN
VENUE, NORTHWESTERLY TO THE SOUTH CURB LINE OF HAYSELTON DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of Allen and Cole Drive, extending
from Station 14 � 74.24 on Allen Avenue to the south curb line of
Hayselton Drive be and hereby is established as follows:
Beginning
at Station 14 4 74.24 on Allen Avenue where the elevation is 199.48;
thence 325.76 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation shall be
226.38 ; thence 175 feet on a vertical curve where the grade shall
be 240 .25; thence 26.3 feet on a uniform grade where the grade is
241.08 .
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6797
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING THE
GRADE ON AN UNNAMED STREET IN SUNSET PLACE ADDITION, FROM THE
CENTERLINE OF ALLEN AVENUE, NORTHWESTERLY TO A POINT APPROXIMATELY
177 FEET SOUTHEASTERLY OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 6, BLOCK 42
OF SUNSET PLACE ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR ,
S FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of an unnamed street
in Sunset Place Addition, extending from the centerline of Allen
venue, northwesterly to a point approximately 177 feet southeasterl
of the northeast corner of Lot 6, Block 4, of Sunset Place Addition,
be and hereby is established as follows:
Beginning at the centerline f

uniform grade where the elevation shall be 187 .78 ; thence 50 feet
on a vertical curve where the elevation shall be 188 .78 ; thence 50
feet on a vertical curve where the elevation shall be 191.78 ; thence
21.45 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation shall be 193.50 th nce
