SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Cheap Thrills Rentals is in the process of closing on the sale of their business to new owners and would like to transfer the current concession agreement term to the new owners upon
purchase of the business. This transfer would only be finalized upon closing of the transaction for the business.
It is staff’s recommendation that council review and approve the transfer of the remaining year on the existing concessional use agreement between the City of McCall and Cheap Thrills
Rentals to the new owner’s name of Cheap Thrills LLC and to include the new owners’ names upon the final sale of the business.
The Assignment of Interest and Concession Agreement are attached. The Assignment of Interest document was prepared by the City Attorney.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Assignment of Interest in a Concession Use Agreement from Chuck and Peggy Whitescarver, dba Cheap Thrills Rentals to Cheap Thrills LLC, an Idaho Limited Liability Company
for the remainder of agreement term and authorize the mayor to sign all necessary documents.
