Department Approvals Initials Originator or Supporter   Mayor / Council     City Manager     Clerk     Treasurer     Community Development     Police Department     Public Works     Golf Course    COST IMPACT: none Parks and Recreation    FUNDING SOURCE:  n/a Airport / Originator    Library    TIMELINE:  Information Systems      Grant Coordinator    SUMMARY STATEMENT: AIP grants have previously been approved and executed for AIP 29 (CARES Act) and AIP 30 (CRSSA/ACRGP Act), funding $30,000 and $13,000, respectively, for airport expenses and projects during the COVID-19 recovery. AIP 29 has $28,150.26, and AIP 30 has $13,000 in funding still available and must be spent within 2.5 and 3 years respectively. As required by the Grant Agreement(s), annual reports are required by the FAA. This document is SF425 Federal Financial Report. The FAA has requested these documents be signed by the Mayor. Attachment: AIP 29 Form SF-425 AIP 30 Form SF-425  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approval of Financial Reporting Forms for Airport Improvement Program Grants 29 and 30 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
