to be the persons who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged
that they executed the same as their own free act and deed.

duly sworn, did. say that he is the Mayor of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, that the seal affixed to this instrument is the
corporate seal of said municipal corporation, and that said
instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said municipal
corporation by the authority of its City Council.
And the said C. Forrest Whaley acknowledges said instrument be
the free act and deed of said municipal corporation.

67609 RELATING TO DOGS AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS
SECTION SEVENTEEN (17) OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 6760.
