SUMMARY STATEMENT:
A Conditional Use Permit Application to construct an expansion to the McCall Public Library.
During their regularly scheduled October 5th meeting, the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission held a properly noticed public hearing and unanimously recommended approval of the
subject application to the McCall City Council without a second public hearing.
Staff Report, Findings of Fact, and application materials are attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Hold the public hearing
Approve conditional use permit application CUP-21-02 for the City of McCall as recommended by the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary
documents.
