TRAILER, BOAT OR BOAT TRAILER FROM PERMITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED AT THE NORTH CURB OF HIGH STREET BETWEEN THE EAST CURB OF CHESTNUT j STREET AND A POINT ON THE NORTH CURB OF HIGH STREET A DISTANCE OF FORTY FIVE (45) FEET EAST OF THE EAST CURB OF CHESTNUT STREET, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUIIIq AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator or owner of any motor vehicle, trailer, boat or boat trAiler to permit the same to be parked or stationed at the north curb of High Street between the east curb of Chestnut Street and a point forty five (45) feet. east thereof. SECTION 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and approval. Ells City Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 6806 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF POLK STREET, FROM THE CENTER OF THE INTERSECTION OF EAST WATER STREET AND POLK STREET TO THE CENTERLINE OF KAREN DRIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the grade of the roadway of Polk Street, from the center of the intersection of East Water Street and Polk Street be and hereby is established as follows: Beginning at the center of the intersection of East Water Street and Polk Street where the elevation of the grade of the roadway is 194.80 feet; Thence on a uniform grade 50 feet, where the grade shall be 191.80; thence on a vertical curve 75 feet, where the elevation of the grade shall be 193.00 feet; thence on a uniform grade 25 feet, where the elevation of the grade shall be 194.70 feet;thence on a vertical curve 100.00 feet, where the elevation of the grade shall be 198.50 feet; thence on a level grade 225 feet, where the elevation of the grade shall be 198.50 feet; thence on a vertical curve 100 feet, where the elevation of the grade shall be 206.50 feet; thence on a uniform grade 150 feet to the centerline of Karen Drive, where the elevatio of the grade shall be 229 .50 feet. SECTION 2. .All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
