SUMMARY STATEMENT:
A Zoning Map Amendment Application to rezone a small portion of the Mill Park Condominiums common area from unzoned to CV - Civic.
During their regularly scheduled October 5th meeting, the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission held a properly noticed public hearing and unanimously recommended approval of the
subject application to the McCall City Council without a second public hearing.
Staff Report, Findings of Fact, and application materials are attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Hold the public hearing
Approve zoning map amendment application ZON-21-02 for the Mill Park Condominium Owners Association as recommended by the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission and authorize the
Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
