A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF Richland Hills
TO PARTICIPATE WITH THE CITY OF ARLINGTON IN AN ANALYSIS OF THE COST
OF SERVICE OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH WASTEWATER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, changes in the structure of the City of Fort Worth
wholesale wastewater service rates to customer cities and districts have been
proposed; and
WHEREAS, various problems have been identified which should be
considered and studied prior to the implementation of such changes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richland Hills Texas:
1.
• That the City of Richland Hills hereby makes known its
intent to and is hereby authorized to participate in an independent economic
analysis of the structure of the City of Fort Worth wholesale wastewater
system rates to customer cities and districts. Said analysis to be procured
by the City of Arlington. The contribution of the City of Richland Hills
will not exceed 2,400.00
PRESENTED AND PASSED on this 10th day of March
1986, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Richland Hills,
Texas .
