AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONO MISSOURI9 ESTABLISHING THE
, GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF TAYLOR STREET, FROM A POINT THAT IS 33 FEET
NORTHERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF WATER STREET, SOUTHERLY TO THE APPRO I
MATE CENTERLINE OF KAREN DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO I,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade of Taylor Street from a point that is
33 feet northerly of the centerline of Water Street, southerly to t e
approximate centerline of Karen Drive be and hereby is established
as follows: Beginning at a point on the centerline of Taylor Stree
that is 33 feet northerly of the centerline of Water Street where
the elevation of the grade is 173.40 feet; thence on a vertical
curve 100 feet where the grade shall be 175.20 feet; thence on a
uniform grade 426 feet, where the grade shall be 227.50 feet; thenc
on a vertical curve 100 feet to the approximate centerline of Karen
Drive where the grade shall be 233.00 feet.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage, and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 6808
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING THE
GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF KAREN DRIVE, FROM THE INTERSECTION OF THE
EAST CURB LINE OF RIVERSIDE DRIVE AND THE CENTERLINE OF KAREN
DRIVE SOUTHEASTERLY 750 FEET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOU I.
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade of the roadway of Karen Drive, from the
intersection of the east curb line of Riverside Drive and. the
centerline of Karen Drive, southeasterly be and hereby is establish .d
as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the east curb line
of Riverside Drive and the centerline of Karen Drive where the
elevation of the grade is 227.50 feet; thence on a uniform grade
550.0 feet where the elevation of the grade shall be 232.20 feet;
thence on a vertical curve 200.0 feet where the elevation of the
grade shall be 233.00 feet.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
