M. WESTHUES, EXECUTED ON AUGUST 149 19599 CONVEYING CERTAIN LAND +
SITUATED IN OUTLOT NO. 54 OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, TO
THE SAID CITY OF JEFFERSON, AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO CAUSE
SAID DEED TO BE RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF RECORDER OF DEEDS OF
COLE COUNTY, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for and o
behalf of the City of Jefferson, is hereby authorized and directed
to accept a certain warranty deed executed by Henry J. Westhues and
Helen M. Westhues on August 14, 1959, conveying to the City of
Jefferson, Missouri certain land situated in Outlot No. 54 in the
City of Jefferson for street purposes only.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Jefferson is hereby
directed to cause to be recorded the above described warranty deed
in the office of the Recorder of Deeds, Cole County, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY,
TO ACCEPT A WARRANTY DEED EXECUTED BY STEVE A. SCHAUWECKER AND
LORETTA SCHAUWECKER, HIS WIFE ON AUGUST 17, 19591, CONVEYING CERTAIN
LAND SITUATED IN OUTLOT NO. 54 OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, TO SAID
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO CAUSE
SAID DEED TO BE RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF RECORDER OF DEEDS, COLE
COUNTY, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Schauwecker, his wife, on August 17, 1959, conveying to the City of

City of Jefferson, Missouri, for street purposes.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is
hereby directed to cause said warranty deed to be recorded in the
office of Recorder of Deeds, Cole County, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
