Beginning
at the northwesterly corner of Lot 11, Block 1 of
St. Louis Heights, a subdivision of the City of
Jefferson per plat of record in Plat Book 3 at Page 10,
Cole County Recorder' s Office, thence in a southeasterly
direction along the northerly line of Lots 11 and 12 a
distance of 109.94 feet to the northeasterly corner of
Lot 12; thence northeasterly 12.0 feet to the southeast-
erly corner of Lot 1; thence northwesterly along and
with the' southerly line of Lot 1 a distance of 42.32
feet; thence northwesterly in a direct line 67 .66 feet
to the point of beginning."
The right of reversion to the land described above in and
o the abutting property owners as is provided by the laws and
statutes of the State of Missouri is hereby confirmed and approved.
The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson are
ereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver all proper
and sufficient writings or instruments for, on behalf of, and in the
ame of the city, to fully and completely transfer and establish to.
he adjacent and abutting property owners their legal rights in
onnection with the above mentioned vacation.
