ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER, 1959
E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
ECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the

REVENUE FUND
or the purpose of paying the salaries of elective

kN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
YOR OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI TO ACCEPT A WARRANTY DEED
XECUTED BY E. FORRIST NEBEL AND RUTH C. NEBEL, HIS WIFE, BY WHICH
PORTION OF THE FORMER HARRISON STREET RIGHT OF WAY IS CONVEYED
0 THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO
RAW A WARRANT OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, IN THE AMOUNT OF
O THOUSAND ($2,000.00) DOLLARS IN FAVOR OF E. FORRIST NEBEL AND
UTH C. NEBEL, HIS WIFE, IN CONSIDERATION FOR SAID CONVEYANCE, AND
IRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD SAID DEED UPON DELIVERY TO THE
ITY.

ECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
uthorized and directed to accept, for and on behalf of the city, a
arranty deed executed by E. Forrist Nebel and Ruth C. Nebel, his wi e,
y which deed a portion of the former right of way of Harrison Stree
s conveyed to the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
ECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, upon
elivery of said deed to the Mayor, is directed to draw a warrant of
he City in favor of E. Forrist Nebel and Ruth C. Nebel, his wife,
