RDINANCE NO. 6815 "A"
ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM
ERMITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED ON THE EAST SIDE OF BERRY STREET
ETWEEN HIGH STREET AND MAIN STREET, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ECTION 1. 'Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor
ehicle to permit the same to be parked at theeast curb of Berry
treet between West Main Street and West High Street.
ECTION 2. Anyone violating the terms of this ordinance shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
ECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
