AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FROM

�ERMITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED OF THE SOUTH SIDE OF EAST McCARTY
TREET BETWEEN THE EAST CURB OF MONROE STREET AND A POINT LOCATED
45 FEET EAST THEREOF, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
i S FOLLOWS:
ECTION 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a
otor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the south side of
ast McCarty Street between the east curb of Monroe Street and a
oint located 145 feet east thereof.
ECTION 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance
hall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
ECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
fter its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE TO BRING THE- 1
AME TO A FULL AND COMPLETE STOP ON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS
EFORE ENTERING THE INTERSECTION OF SAID STREETS WITH OTHER
PECIFICALLY NAMED STREETS, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION
HEREOF.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
S FOLLOWS:
ECTION 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a
for vehicle to fail to bring the same to a full and complete stop
n the following designated and specifically named streets before
ntering the intersection formed by said streets with the secondary
treets named herein:
A. Stop on Elm Street before entering the intersection of
Elm Street and Clark Avenue.
B. Stop on Edwards Street before entering the intersection of
Edward Street and Pierce Street.
C. Motor Vehicles moving north on Riverside Drive shall stop
on Riverside Drive before entering the intersection of
Riverside Drive with East Water Street.
D. Motor Vehicles moving east on Industrial Drive shall stop
on Industrial Drive before entering the intersection of
Industrial Drive and Dix Road.
ECTION 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance
hall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
