N ORDINANCE REPEALING SUBSECTION 315 OF SECTION 22 of THE REVISED
RDINANCES OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1956, ESTABLISHING A STOP SIGN T THE
INTERSECTION OF FAIRMOUNT BOULEVARD AND MOREAU DRIVE AND ESTABLISHIN
HE RIGHT OF WAY FOR SOUTHBOUND VEHICLES AT SAID INTERSECTION. I
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR ,
S FOLLOWS:
ECTION 1. Subsection 315 of Section 22 of the Revised Ordinances
f the- City of Jefferson, 1956, establishing a stop sign at the
ntersection of Fairmount Boulevard and Moreau Drive, be and the
ame is hereby repealed.
ECTION 2. Hereafter the operator of a motor vehicle proceeding in
southerly direction on Fairmount Boulevard and approaching the
ntersection of Fairmount Boulevard and Moreau Drive shall yield the
ight of way to a southbound motor vehicle on Moreau Drive which is
pproaching the intersection of Moreau Drive and Fairmount Boulevard
t approximately the same time when the southbound motor vehicle on
reau Drive is nearer to said intersection or equidistant from said
ntersection in relation to the motor vehicle on Fairmount Boulevard
ECTION 3. Anyone violating the terms of this ordinance shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
ECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and

ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 41 AND 43 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1956 AND ORDINANCE NUMBER 6492 OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, RELATING TO THE PERIOD OF TIME DURING WHICH MOTOR VEHICLE
Y BE PARKED IN PARKING METER SPACES AND ENACTING AN ORDINANCE THAT
ERTAINS TO THE SAME SUBJECT.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR ,
S FOLLOWS:
ECTION 1. Sections 41 and 43 of the Revised Ordinances of the
ity of Jefferson, 1956, and Ordinance Number 6492 of the City of
efferson, relating to the period of time during which motor vehicle
y be parked in parking meter spaces be, and the same is hereby,
epealed.
ECTION 2. There is hereby enacted two new sections to be known as
ections 41 and 43 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of
efferson, 1956, relating to the period of time during which motor
ehicles may be parked in parking meter spaces, and said sections
hall be in words and figures as follows:
Section 41. Parking Time Allowed: Parking or standing
a vehicle in a parking meter zone shall be lawful for
sixty (60) minutes upon deposit of one five cent coin
or one hundred and twenty (120 ) minutes upon deposit
of two five cent coins of the United States of America
