Lake Street (SH55) and Park Street as part of Phase 3B of the City’s downtown core reconstruction project scheduled for construction in 2023. These federal funds require a local match share of at least 7.34% (approx. $39,000). The attached State/Local Agreement has been reviewed by Public Works Director Nathan Stewart and the City Attorney.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution 21-32 approving the State/Local Agreement for the Transportation Alternatives Grant award and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
