SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall has been awarded a Transportation Alternatives Program grant in the amount of $499,954 to support construction of pedestrian (sidewalk, curb and gutter) and streetscape
(trees and light pole bases) improvements along 1st Street between E. Lake Street (SH55) and Park Street as part of Phase 3B of the City’s downtown core reconstruction project scheduled
for construction in 2023. These federal funds require a local match share of at least 7.34% (approx. $39,000).
The attached State/Local Agreement has been reviewed by Public Works Director Nathan Stewart and the City Attorney.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 21-32 approving the State/Local Agreement for the Transportation Alternatives Grant award and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
