Ells /s/ City Clerk RDINANCE NO. 6824 ORDINANCE DECLARING IT UNLAWFUL TO PARK OR STAND A MOTOR VEHICLE N ANY STREET, ALLEY OR ROADWAYS WITHIN THIS CITY AT THE SAME OCATION FOR A PERIOD OF TIME IN EXCESS OF 48 HOURS, PROVIDING FOR MOVAL OF MOTOR VEHICLES, AND ALSO PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION F SAME. E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUPI,, S FOLLOWS: ECTION 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or ' orporation, through any officer of employee thereof, to park or tend a motor vehicle at the same location upon the streets, alleys r roadways within this city for a period of time in excess of for fight (48) hours. ECTION 2. The police officers of this city may cause any motor ehicle parked in violation of the preceding section to be removed rom the streets, alleys or roadways within this city by the use of tow truck of any person, firm or corporation engaged in the usiness of towing motor vehicles. ECTION 3. Anyone violating the terms of this ordinance shall be eemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
